  • In the first month of coaching, you will take an audit of your Queendom (body, mind, home, and lifestyle) to get honest about what parts really align with the woman you crave (and soulfully know) you want to be.

    Some topics we will cover:

    • Generational Leftovers- The stories, habits, and rituals that are left behind by your past ancestry or generations that no longer serve you. Making new traditions and rules!

    • Functional Medicine Lab Work- I will help you navigate and read any recent lab work you have completed or guide you towards the lab work that your body is requesting.

    • Wellness Goal Mapping

    • Detoxification- You can decide on which route you want to take to start releasing the toxins in your body. There are many routes to take like a 7-day detox, 21-day elimination diet, or maybe you just want to start with a weekly one-day detox.

  • The power of coming home to yourself! There’s a place within you where everything feels aligned—where your mind is clear, your body is balanced, and your energy flows effortlessly. This is your equilibrium, your internal reset point, the place where you feel naturally stable, calm, and powerful.

    But in a world that constantly demands more, it’s easy to drift away from that center. Stress, toxins, overstimulation, and burnout pull you in every direction, making it hard to hear what your body truly needs.
